Self-collection
Goods ordered and paid for in the online store for self-collection are usually directed on the working day following the order and can be collected from 10.00 am on the working day following the order at the following address:

• Please bring your order confirmation or at least the order number with you.
• We would like to point out that loading is only possible with suitable transport securin
• If additional shipping packaging (pallet or plastic layer pads) is required for transport, this will be charged separately and must be paid for on site.

Freight and ancillary charges within Malta
Closure Systems: Delivery is made via a parcel service or via a delivery service.

• Shipping weight up to and including 2 kg
  (Within a radius of 10km from our location in Ta` Xbiex.)

• Outside 10km you will receive a transport rate on request
  Shipping weight from 3 to 12 kg
  (Within a radius of 10km from our location in Ta` Xbiex.)
• € 15,00 incl. VAT

• Outside of 10km you will receive a transport rate on demand
  Shipping weight from 13 to 24 kg inclusive
  Within a radius of 10km from our location in Ta` Xbiex
• € 20,00 incl. VAT

• Outside of 10km you will receive a transport rate on demand
  For shipping weights over 25kg, shipping rates will be determined based on distance and weight and will be shown in the ordering process before the order is finalized.

Bottles and jars:
Items at risk of breakage are generally delivered by freight forwarding.

For shipping weights up to and including 1,000 kg, the shipping costs are determined based on distance and weight and are shown in the ordering process before the order is completed.

For a shipping weight of more than 1,000 kg, a request is automatically made from the online store. In these cases, you will receive a separate offer, which will include all shipping costs.

Important:

• The goods will be transported exclusively to the curb of the specified recipient.
• The shipping costs are valid for one-time delivery; if necessary, further delivery attempts will result in additional costs.
• Lifting platform usage as well as, island or port surcharges will be charged separately.

For mixed deliveries from the categories “Bottles and jars” and “Closure systems”, the shipping cost calculation “Bottles and jars” applies.

Freight and additional charges outside Malta
Orders from abroad or to an address outside Malta cannot be processed in the online store. Instead of an order, an inquiry is automatically made from the online store. In these cases you will receive a separate offer which will include all shipping costs.

The following unit prices will be charged for shipping packaging, which will be credited back to you upon return (free domicile):

• Euro pallets:
  € 12.50 plus VAT

• Industrial pallets:
  € 8.00 plus VAT

• Plastic layer pads:
  € 5,00 plus VAT

Toll charges apply to each order, as well as, in the case of shipping, weight- and distance-dependent shipping costs. The shipping costs are shown accordingly in the order process.
